Log in to your Resident Portal.

  1. Select Booking
  2. Click on ‘Re-Booking’
  3. Select booking period and click confirm
  4. Select room type and payment option
  5. Confirm your booking – ensure you have pop ups allowed to allow payment page to open.
  6. Pay advanced rent payment
  7. Done
  8. Property team will process the application

Terms & Conditions

Coppergate, Swansea

1) As a current resident, we are offering you the opportunity to rebook your room for the September 2021 academic year and receive a £200 credit, subject to the following conditions:

You must be a 2020/2021 resident of the property and the offer is non-transferable;

A minimum tenancy of 44 weeks is required;

and You must have successfully completed the booking process, including (but not limited to): signing a Assured Shorthold Tenancy (“AST”) agreement for the 2021/2022 academic year, paying the deposit in full, providing proof of ID, complying with our guarantor requirements (if applicable) and completing the cooling off period without cancellation.

 

2) Should you cancel your contract prior to the end date of the 2021/2022 tenancy period or do not meet the payment terms set out in the tenancy agreement the offer will be retracted. Any discount will then be reversed and become payable as part of the rental agreement.

 

3) There is limited availability for this offer so it cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

 

4) This offer only applies to the Prime Student Living operated property, Coppergate,Swansea.

 

5) The offer is valid from 19th July 2021 until 2nd August 2021 at 23:59 GMT.

 

6) The £200 off promotion will be credited against your rent payment due for the 2021/2022 academic year. This will either be deducted from your one-off annual payment or, if you pay via instalments, from the first rent payment.

 

7) This offer applies to direct let bookings only and is not applicable for bookings made via agents.

 

8) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

9) This offer is made at the absolute discretion of Prime Student Living Limited. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the offer at any time and without notice during this promotion.
