Kensington House is located in the heart of Birmingham city centre only a few minutes’ walk from Birmingham New Street train station and the main shopping area. Ideal for students studying at Birmingham University which can be reached by regular train or bus services, or any of the other universities in the city. We have a choice of studios and apartments all of which come with double or King size beds and their very own private en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin to freshen up in style! Rooms are fully furnished with fitted kitchens and dining areas, large study desk and plenty of storage. There’s superfast Wifi throughout the building and free gym membership to our on-site gym, access to numerous study spaces, an incredible games room and your very own cinema!

Classic Studio - From £244 per week (Our best selling studio)
Spacious 20m² Classic Studio with a double bed. A large desk and storage unit, complete with chair make the Classic Studio an ideal workspace. The open plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a multi-functional oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer. A bright and airy ensuite bathroom completes the Classic Studio. Deluxe Studio - From £253 per week (Wide choice of alternative tenancy dates)

Rent payments 2025/26
Payments can be made as a single payment in advance or in line with our termly payments.
Full payment / 1st instalment and £250 deposit – Prior to moving in
Termly payment plans are only available to those with a UK based guarantor. If no UK based guarantor is provided, the prospective tenant will be required to pay annually before the tenancy starts.
2nd instalment – Monday 12th January 2026
3rd Instalment – Monday 27th April 2026
The deposit payment is a term of the tenancy agreement. The deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy less any deductions for breakages, damages or losses by the tenant. All deposits are securely held with The Deposit Protection Service, read more here.
